Artículo segundo. Establécense las siguientes excepciones

Cuando la respectiva oficina de Escalafón del Departamento, Intendencia, Comisaría o el Distrito Especial, lo requiera, por encontrar que el docente está laborando en el sitio diferente al cual se asimiló o ascendió, siempre y guando adjunte el decreto de nombramiento o resolución de traslado;

Cuando lo requiera la División de Escalafón y Carrera Docente para efectos investigativos;

Cuando lo requiera la Junta Nacional de Escalafón para efectos investigativos.
