LIBERTAD CONDICIONAL.La solicitud para que se conceda este subrogado penal solo podrá presentarse al término de la reconstrucción del proceso, a menos que las copias de las sentencias de instancia y las de otras piezas procesales permitan decidir sobre los factores que señala el artículo 72 del Código Penal.
