Para efecto de acceder a la solicitud, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones atenderá estrictamente el orden sucesoral establecido en el Código Civil, y en caso de existir un mismo interés por varias personas pertenecientes a un mismo orden sucesoral, se deberá presentar pleno acuerdo de los herederos sobre un solo nombre, so pena de que el Ministerio de Comunicaciones reasigne el distintivo de llamada a una persona distinta. Dicha solicitud se deberá hacer dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes al deceso del causante.
