Artículo único . Derógase el decreto de 6 de mayo de 1873, por el cual se retira e1 exequatur espedido el 6 de diciembre de 1871 a las Letras patentes dadas el 7 de setiembre del mismo año por S. M. el Emperador de Alemania a John Capela, como Cónsul de aquel Imperio en Cartajena. En consecuencia, dicho señor podrá volver al libre i pacifico ejercicio de sus funciones consulares. Comuníquese.
