º Fijar a partir del primero (1 º ) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995) el Auxilio Patronal de Transporte a que tienen derecho los servidores públicos y los trabajadores particulares que devengan un salario mensual básico hasta de dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal, en la suma de diez mil ochocientos quince pesos ($10.815.00) moneda corriente, mensuales.
