El impuesto de exportación establecido por el artículo 3º del Decreto legislativo número 0107 de 1957, equivalente al 15% del valor de cada exportación, se continuará pagando en dólares de los Estados Unidos de América, o su equivalente en otras monedas extranjeras aceptables por el Banco de la República. El Banco percibirá el impuesto en forma que contempla el artículo 37 de la presente Ley.
