Documentación del proyecto. El Gerente de Proyectos radicará al Comité Asesor la versión final del proyecto a implementar. Sobre este proyecto se hará el seguimiento y cualquier modificación hecha al mismo deberá ser informada al Comité Asesor. El proyecto establecerá la forma y los términos de su ejecución e implementación, incluida la selección de los Beneficiarios y definirá si será empleado un Seleccionador, de conformidad con las reglas que haya establecido previamente el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo. La duración de los proyectos podrá superar la vigencia del Contrato Principal.
