La indemnización por supresión de cargo de empleados del sistema específico de carrera administrativa de las superintendencias se liquidará con base en el salario promedio causado durante el último año de servicios, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes factores: 21.1 Asignación básica mensual devengada a la fecha de supresión del cargo. 21.2 Prima técnica cuando constituya factor salarial. 21.3 Dominicales y festivos. 21.4 Auxilios de alimentación y de transporte. 21.5 Prima de navidad. 21.6 Bonificación por servicios prestados. 21.7 Prima de servicios. 21.8 Prima de vacaciones. 21.9 Prima de antigüedad. 21.10 Horas extras. 21.11 Los demás que constituyan factor de salario.
