º. La suma que por depreciación de bicicleta para la Administración Postal Nacional al personal de Carteros, será de quinientos pesos ($ 500) mensuales. Esta suma se pagará a quienes para el cumplimiento de sus labores utilicen permanentemente la bicicleta.
