FUNCIONES DEL IGAC: Para los efectos del artículo 15 de la Ley 9a de 1989, el Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi", IGAC, tendrá un plazo improrrogable de treinta (30) días calendario, contados desde la fecha de la radicación de la respectiva solicitud por parte del representante legal de la entidad territorial. El incumplimiento de esta norma por parte de los funcionarios del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi", será causal de mala conducta.
