El precio de las becas nacionales será acordado entre el Rector de cada colegio y el Gobierno para un periodo, determinado, precio que en ningún caso será superior a la pensión que paguen en el colegio respectivo los alumnos no becados. El alumno que goce del favor de una beca nacional no tendrá en ningún caso ni por ningún motivo, que pagar suma alguna al plantel donde se eduque.
