Artículo transitorio 4. Para garantizar la presencia de los servidores públicos necesarios en la implementación del nuevo sistema, la Fiscalía General de la Nación, la Rama Judicial, la Defensoría del Pueblo y organismos que cumplan funciones de policía judicial podrán celebrar acuerdos para trasladar cargos cuando se requiera.
