º. El artículo 62 del Decreto 354 de 1994, quedará así: Artículo 62. Clasificación en lista tres (3) . Son clasificados en lista número tres (3), los oficiales, suboficiales, miembros del nivel ejecutivo, agentes y personal no uniformado que obtenga tres (3) o más indicadores evaluados con "D" (deficiente). No obstante lo anterior, quienes sean calificados con "D" (deficiente) en los indicadores de moral y desempeño en el cargo, serán clasificados en lista número tres (3).
