Articulo 83. Correspondera al ministerio de correos y telégrafos, por conducto del departamento internacional o del servicio de giros, segun el caso, dirigir y adelantar las investigaciones a que hubiere lugar en los casos de reclamación y dictar las resoluciones subsiguientes. el reclamante deberá ser indemnizado lo más pronto posible y a mas tardar en el término de cuatro meses contados desde el día de la reclamación.
