º DE LAS FUNCIONES DE LA JUNTA CONSULTORA. En desarrollo de las funciones previstas en el artículo 7º del Decreto 1547 de 1984. La Junta Consultora del Fondo Nacional de Calamidades deberá

a)

Aprobar el presupuesto anual del Fondo, el cual debe ser ratificado por el Gerente de la Sociedad Fiduciaria;

b)

Señalar las cuantías máximas, plazos, intereses y demás condiciones de las obligaciones que adquiera el Fondo o de los recursos que a título recuperable otorgue a sus beneficiarios;

c)

Estudiar y aprobar el balance de fin de ejercicio así como las cuentas e inventarios del Fondo que le presente el Gerente de la Sociedad Fiduciaria administradora del mismo;

d)

Establecer el monto de la disponibilidad que el Fondo debe mantener en dinero efectivo y en valores de renta fija o de inmediata realización.
