El artículo 109 de la Constitución Nacional quedará así:

Constituye falta absoluta de los Senadores y Representantes principales y de los suplentes cuando se hubieren posesionado del cargo, su aceptación de cualquier empleo público, excepción hecha de los Ministros, Gobernador, Agente Diplomático y Alcalde del Distrito Especial o de Capital de Departamento.
