ARTICULO 355.Indagatoria sin defensor en casos excepcionales. Excepcionalmente podrá recibirse indagatoria sin la asistencia del defensor cuando el imputado estuviere en peligro de muerte y sea necesario interrogarlo para el descubrimiento de la verdad que se investiga.
