ARTICULO 3° Se entenderá que no existe solución de continuidad en la prestación del servicio para efectos del reconocimiento de las vacaciones y la prima de Navidad, a los funcionarios del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público que se incorporan en la Dirección Nacional y Oficinas Seccionales de Carrera Judicial.
