Artículo primero. El auxilio de trasporte urbano colectivo denominado "Servicio Estudiantil" beneficiará a todos los estudiantes de Educación Media y Superior de establecimientos oficiales o particulares que funcionen con licencia del Ministerio de Educación Nacional u otra dependencia legalmente autorizada.
