Cuando el usuario desee extender o prorrogar los servicios pactados deberá comunicarlo al prestador con anticipación razonable, sujeta a la disponibilidad y cupo. En el caso de que el prestador no pueda acceder a la extensión o prórroga, suspenderá el servicio y tomará todas las medidas necesarias para que el usuario pueda disponer de su equipaje y objetos personales o los trasladará a un depósito seguro y adecuado sin responsabilidad de su parte.
