La parte o el testigo, al rendir su declaración, podrá hacer dibujos, gráficas o representaciones con el fin de ilustrar su testimonio, estos serán agregados al expediente y serán apreciados como parte integrante del testimonio y no como documentos. Así mismo, el testigo podrá reconocer documentos durante la declaración.
