Son lugares habilitados para el ingreso y salida de energía eléctrica, gas, petróleo y/o combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo y demás mercancías que se importen o exporten a través de redes, ductos o tuberías, bajo control aduanero. Así mismo, son lugares habilitados para el embarque de energía eléctrica, gas, petróleo y/o combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo y demás mercancías, cuando se trate de la operación prevista en el artículo 428 del presente decreto.
