La suspensión del cargo sin derecho a remuneración hasta por el término de tres meses podrá imponerse frente a faltas graves o a reincidencia en las leves, puede aparejar la exclusión de la Carrera en la primera vez y necesariamente la producirá al repetirse dicha sanción.
