º En aque los eventos en que el Consejo de Adjudicación determine seleccionar al contratista previa licitación o concurso se aplicarán en lo pertinente las reglas que el Decreto 222 de 1983 consagra para el efecto, así como las demás previstas en el respectivo pliego. Por consiguiente no se aplicará el Decreto 1522 de 1983 y sus disposiciones complementarias.
