ARTICULO 362. Alzamiento de bienes. El que no siendo comerciante alzare con sus bienes o los ocultare o cometiere cualquier otro fraude para perjudicar a su acreedor, incurrirá en prisión de seis meses a tres años y multa de un mil a cien mil pesos.
