º Se garantizará el secreto de la adopción cuando correspondiere. No obstante, cuando ello fuere posible, se comunicarán a quien legalmente proceda los antecedentes clínicos del menor y de los progenitores si se los conociere, sin mencionar sus nombres ni otros datos que permitan su identificación.
