Articulo 20. El Director verificará por lo menos, en el curso del año, tres Consejos Generales de Profesores: uno al iniciarse las clases, otro a mediados del año y el otro antes de clausurar el periodo escolar. El primero tendrá por objeto acordar las medidas qué fueren necesarias para la mejor marcha de los estudios en el año, el segundo para verificar la instrucción y el tercero para acordar el plan de exámenes finales.
