Las partidas ordenadas en el artículo anterior, deberán ser pagadas a los Tesoreros o Síndicos de cada una de las instituciones beneficiadas, quienes asegurarán su manejo en la forma que lo establezca la Contraloría General de la República, quien a la vez supervigilará la inversión que de estos fondos se haga.
