Adiciónese un inciso al artículo 440 del Decreto 1165 de 2019, el cual quedará así: "Cuando los documentos soporte a que se refiere el numeral 2 del presente artículo, sean electrónicos, su presentación se efectuará a través de los servicios informáticos electrónicos antes de la presentación de la declaración de tránsito aduanero, sin que se requiera su impresión."
