Aprópiese para atender a los gastos del Gobierno Nacional, durante la vigencia fiscal del 1º de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1964, una suma igual a la del cálculo de las Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación, determinando en el artículo anterior, por valor de tres mil novecientos diez y siete millones ciento setenta y cinco mil trescientos ochenta y ocho pesos ($3.917.175.388) moneda legal, distribuida entre las distintas Ramas del Poder Público, así:
