Los créditos para Fomento de la Industria Turística que otorguen la Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia, el Fondo de Inversiones Privadas y las entidades a que se refiere el artículo 4º se sujetarán a los plazos, condiciones y demás requisitos que establezca la Junta Monetaria mediante resoluciones de carácter general, teniendo en cuenta las modalidades especiales que ellos deban reunir a fin de que se cumplan cabalmente los objetivos de promoción de turismo.
