Titulo ejecutivo de la sanción del ciento por ciento (100%) del valor ejecutado. Constituye título ejecutivo de la sanción del ciento por ciento (100%) del valor ejecutado, el acto administrativo que impone la sanción una vez en firme o ejecutoriado, según el caso, conforme con lo previsto en el numeral 3 del artículo 828 del Estatuto Tributario.

El procedimiento para la imposición de la sanción que impone la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) será el previsto en el Estatuto Tributario.
