Del Comité de Archivo. El Comité de Archivo está integrado por el Secretario General quien lo preside, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Director Administrativo, el Jefe de la División de Personal y el Jefe de la División de Archivo Operacional de la Dirección General de Inteligencia; concurrirá según el caso el Jefe de la dependencia responsable de los documentos cuya conservación o destrucción deba estudiarse. Actuará como Secretario un Jefe de Sección designado por el Comité.
