° El artículo 12 del Decreto número 35 citado en el artículo 1.° del presente Decreto, queda reformado y aprobado así: "Articulo 12. El precio del aguardiente será fijado por la Comisaría, de acuerdo con las circunstancias, previa aprobación del Gobierno. Todo cambio en el precio del licor será anunciado al público con un mes de anticipación." Comuníquese y publíquese.
