ARTICULO 2.3.1.39.- CONVOCATORIA. La convocatoria se hará en la forma y con la antelación prevista en el contrato de emisión y, en silencio de éste, por medio de aviso publicado con quince (15) días hábiles de anticipación en un diario de amplia circulación nacional.
