Los Generales, Jefes y Oficiales que se retiren del Ejercito sin haber permanecido en servicio activo siquiera seis meses continuos, no tendrán derecho á raciones y auxilios de marcha, excepto cuando la separación sea motivada por enfermedad grave debidamente comprobada. En este caso, se concederán raciones y auxilios, cualquiera que sea el tiempo de servicio.
