El Jefe de la Unidad de Personal o quien haga sus veces en la entidad o en la depenedencia regional o seccional publicará durante los dos (2) días anteriores a la elección, la lista general de votantes con indicación del documento de identidad y del número y ubicación de la mesa de votación en la que les corresponderá votar.
