Notificado el Congresista Investigado o su apoderado de los cargos formulados, a partir del día siguiente de la ejecutoria de este auto, tendrá un término de diez (10) días para contestarlos, aportar y solicitar las pruebas que considere pertinentes en ejercicio de su defensa.
