Estudios Técnicos . El Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, (DANE), realizará los estudios que requiera para expedir las certificaciones que, con frecuencia semestral contempla el artículo 210 de la Ley 223 de 1995, modificado por el artículo 76 de la Ley 1111 de 2006. (Decreto número 4676 de 2006, artículo 3) CAPÍTULO IV Por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 1393 de 2010 en lo relacionado con la sobretasa al consumo de cigarrillos y tabaco elaborado.
