Integran el servicio de radioaficionados las estaciones que, que autorizadas por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones y operadas por personas debidamente licenciadas por el Ministerio, realicen transmisiones de radiotecnia con fines exclusivamente personales sin ánimo de lucro, en las bandas asignadas para este servicio.
