º Los Alcaldes, Corregidoras Inspectores de -Policía quedan encargados del cumplimiento de esta disposición, teniendo presente que el objeto de ella no es estorbar el ejercicio del derecho del sufragio a ningún ciudadano, ni,; particularmente, a los que habiten en parajes lejanos de las cabeceras de los Municipios y corregimientos, sino prohibir el transito intermunicipal con el objeto de impedirá el voto -de unos mismos individuos en dos o más Municipios o las aglomeraciones que puedan dar lugar a perturbaciones del orden.
