Toda persona que ingrese a prestar servicios en los cargos a que se refiere el articulo 1 de esta ley, tendrán derecho como remuneración por su trabajo al sueldo determinado en el paso a del respectivo grado de remuneración aumentos anuales, de conformidad con los artículos 4 y 5 de la presente Ley.
