° El Registrador procederá, de acuerdo a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar el personal que deba ocupar los empleos que se establecen en la presente Resolución. Los empleados que estando al servicio de esta Oficina, fueren incorporados en dichos cargos, no requerirán llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago de impuestos de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración, si a ello hubiere lugar.
