Los permisos remunerados para laborar un número menor de horas de las correspondientes a la jornada ordinaria solo podrán concederse por razones de estudio, para, ¡realizar labores docentes, o durante el periodo de lactancia, por los jefes inmediatos, considerando las exigencias de trabajo de su dependencia, y, hasta por cinco (5) horas semanales en todos los casos
