º. El Director General del Senado de la República, tendrá derecho a percibir una prima de gestión mensual, equivalente a cuatrocientos diecinueve mil trescientos diecinueve pesos ($419.319.00) m/cte.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso la prima de gestión de que trata el presente decreto constituirá factor salarial para efectos legales.
