Article 5

Cuando El Solicitante Acredite El Cumplimiento De Los Requisitos Establecidos En El Presente Decreto, El Ministerio De Salud O Su Autoridad Sanitaria Delegada, Por Medio De Resolución Motivada, Le Expedirá La Credencial Correspondiente, La Cual Llevará Adherido El Retrato Tamaño Cédula De La Persona A Quien Se Le Concede La Credencial Y Sobre La Fotografía Se Le Colocará El Sello Del Funcionario Que La Expide, De Manera Que Abarque También El Papel

° Cuando el solicitante acredite el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto, el Ministerio de Salud o su autoridad sanitaria delegada, por medio de resolución motivada, le expedirá la credencial correspondiente, la cual llevará adherido el retrato tamaño cédula de la persona a quien se le concede la credencial y sobre la fotografía se le colocará el sello del funcionario que la expide, de manera que abarque también el papel.

Parágrafo

La Credencial de Expendedor de Drogas no faculta para ejecutar actos propios del ejercicio de la farmacia y la medicina.
