Artículo único. Prorrogarse las sesiones extraordinarias del Congreso Nacional hasta el día 19 del presente mes. Durante el tiempo de la prorroga las dictaduras Legislativas se ocuparán en primer lugar en el estudio de los asuntos que el Gobierno sometió a su consideración y que se hallan en curso y de los demás que el Gobierno presente por conducto de los respectivos Ministerios. Comuníquese y publíquese
