Los miembros de las comisiones escrutadoras, sus secretarios y los Claveros, gozarán de inmunidad desde cuarenta y ocho (48) horas antes de iniciarse los respectivos escrutinios, durante éstos y hasta veinticuatro (24) horas después de concluidos.
