Los Interventores Seccionales visitaran continuamente las construcciones que existan dentro de la zona en que ejerzan su vigilancia y fiscalización, y tendrán como funciones las que les fije o delegue el Interventor Nacional. Las asignaciones y viáticos del Interventor Nacional, de los Interventores Seccionales, y los demás gastos de la Interventoria serán fijados por la Junta Directiva del Instituto de Fomento Municipal.
