Destínase la suma de doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000) para la terminación del mercado cubierto de la ciudad de Bolívar, Departamento del Cauca.

Parágrafo 1

Para esta obra se adoptarán los estudios y planos ya elaborados por la Rama Técnica del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.

Parágrafo 2

La dirección y ejecución de los trabajos estará al Cuidado de la Secretaría de Obras Públicas del Cauca.
